All our Navvari sarees are carefully handcrafted. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Time
Once the order is shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. Dhanashree Saaj will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
