Shipping Policy — Dhanashree Saaj

Free shipping across India. Every order ships free, to every pin code. Nothing extra is added at checkout.

Dispatch. Each saree is hand-stitched and kept ready, so you are not waiting for it to be made. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–6 working days to most parts of India. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Ordering for a particular date? If you need the saree for a naming ceremony, festival or photoshoot on a fixed date, write to us at care@dhanashreesaaj.com or message us on Instagram before you order, and we will tell you honestly whether it will reach you in time.

Delivery delays. We deliver within the estimated time wherever we can, but delays sometimes happen because of courier services, weather, or other things outside our control.

Incorrect address. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address given by the customer.

Damaged packages. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and the packaging, and we will help you.

International orders. We ship to a number of countries outside India at a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.
